the Solana convex mirror

In Mirrors by Mark Evans

The Solana convex mirror was inspired by the striated, golden calcite points I found in shop in Arizona. The points are shaped like steep obelisks. They are complimented by Venetian glass rods in a variety of honey colors. The frame is gilded with gold metal leaf. The mirror is a deep dome shape.

The Solana convex mirror is being shipped to my NYC venue, KRB, For more information call 212-288-2221.

This mirror is about 20 inches in diameter.

Jewelry for Walls!

Solana is derived from the Spanish word for sunshine.

The Golden Gate Bridge on a sunny San Francisco day. I love the diaphanous fog but I treasure bright days here.
No one painted a sunny day like Claude Monet. Here is “A Woman with a Parasol”, 1875.
