The Violetta convex mirror is one of the most beautiful that I’ve created. The combination of the gold, silver and gray glass rods make me think of a shadowy palazzo. The frame is composed of two stacked layers so the mirror has the look of a double mandala.
The Violetta convex mirror is about 17 inches in diameter. This mirror is currently in my studio pending being shipped to one of my showrooms.
The name Violetta refers to the tragic lead character of Verdi’s La Traviata( premiered at la Fenice, Venice in 1853). No soprano exemplifies Violetta’s devastating charisma more than Maria Callas.
