The Chakra convex mirror was inspired by the discovery of beautiful stacked mineral obelisks at the Tucson Gem and Mineral show. They determined the look and construction of the frame. Each obelisk is made of minerals related to the seven chakras: Amethyst( Third Eye), Sodalite( Throat), Rock Crystal( Higher Conscience), Jasper(Sexual), Lapis Lazuli (Throat) and Green Carnelian( Heart).
The rest of the mirror has Venetian glass rods and slim cones topped by spheres echoing the colors of chakras.
The Chakra convex mirror is about 18 inches in diameter. It is currently in my studio awaiting being shipped to pone of my showrooms.

A chakra is an energy center in the human body as taught in Indian yoga and some related cultures. Chakras are also believed in by some New Age adherents. Chakra means ‘Aneel or wheel’ in Sanskrit.
A chakra is an area in the body connected with life energy. There are seven chakras in the body – each is an interface for the flow of life energy. A chakra vitalizes a physical body and is associated with interactions of a physical or mental nature. Current science is not able to detect or measure chakras.
