The Bourbons are particularly fascinating because of the range of depravity, brilliance and sheer stupidity they possessed.  Starting with Henry IV who made France a stable prosperous country after the decadence of the Valois and the bloodshed of the religious wars.  Of course, Henry was assassinated.  Peaking with the ambition and sensual glory of  Louis XIV with the building of Versailles.  And climaxing with the beheading of Marie Antoinette during the reign of terror.

Lenticular art uses a simple technology where one image flips to another depending on where the viewer stands. My lenticulars are either individual twists on fine art or explorations of historical figures.  Sometimes whole royal dynasties are depicted with all their beauty, cruelty or tragedy.
